Are you only free to talk at odd times and on weekends? Can you not get away from your office, or the job site? We hear you! Life is incredibly full and when the only option is regular office hours, how is anything meant to get done! And that’s why we want to work around you. Sure, some things have to happen at certain times or on certain days, but everything else? Flexibility is everything! 8am? Sure. Saturdays? Absolutely. When we need to collaborate, whatever works, works. We’ll even come to you, wherever you do business. To pick up paperwork, to talk through things, and to see what you do!

Have you been using the same software for years (and love it!)? Is there a certain feature that makes your job easier? Do you have budget constraints? Do you want to try something new or different? Good news! We won’t force you into switching to our preferred software (but we can help with recommendations if needed)! Technology doesn’t scare us, and even if you use one that we don’t know, we are more than comfortable learning it for you. On the plus side, we have also undergone training with the 3 biggest names in accounting software so if it’s one of those? You’re in very safe hands.

Has your record-keeping method up until now been just to chuck everything in a shoebox (either physical or electronic)? We do love a good shoebox. And organising that shoebox? Even better. We all know that best practice is to have paperwork attached to every single transaction in your accounting file (saving heaps of time and stress if you are ever audited, plus it means we don’t have to guess anything), but we also know that not everyone gets excited (like we do) about paperwork. If all you can manage is to toss all of your receipts in a shoebox, we can absolutely bring order to that chaos and do a happy dance about it.
